Meatless BBQ Wings

Preparation: 20 minutes Frying time: 10-15 minutes Baking time: 10 minutes

Here is a tasty recipe you are sure to love! The flavor is robust and the recipe can be accomplished with introductory or advance cooking skills alike. You can find these items on your shelf or in your nearest market. What you will need for this tasty delight:

INGREDIENTS:

Fresh Cauliflower

BBQ sauce (As needed to coat Cauliflower)

Mild, Medium or Hot wing sauce (As needed to coat Cauliflower)

Hemp Milk or any milk that you'd like to use (1/2 cup)

Garbanzo Bean Flour or flour of choice (1 1/2 cups)

Grapeseed Oil (1/c cup)

Himalayan Pink Salt (As needed)

Basil (2tsp)

Paprika (1tsp)

Cumin (2 TBS)

Garlic Powder (2tsp)

Onion Powder (2tsp)

Oregano (1tsp)

Black Peppercorn or Cayenne Pepper (As needed for spicy flavor)

Melted Grass Fed Butter (2tsp)

Large and two small mixing bowls

Frying Pan

Cutting knife

Baking pan

Dipping Sauce if needed

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour Grapeseed Oil in pan and heat oil using Medium/High heat. Use cutting knife to cut Cauliflower in shapes of wings. Mix all dry products including seasonings in large mixing bowl. Mix Milk and Butter in small mixing bowl. Mix BBQ and wing sauce in small mixing bowl. Dip Cauliflower pieces in milk mixture. Next place Cauliflower pieces in large mixing bowl with dry ingredients. Mix with dry hand. Repeat. Place the twice coated Cauliflower pieces in frying pan. Fry the Cauliflower pieces, turning as they brown on each side. Dip fried pieces in BBQ sauce mixture then place fried Cauliflower on baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly and eat with dipping sauce of choice. Enjoy your Meatless Wings! This entrée is gluten free if using Garbanzo Bean Flour to coat.
